I like them soft-boiled. It is the standard breakfast egg in central Europe. For that, they do not understand the concept of “over easy”.
I used to like poached eggs back as a kid. My father loved to make them. Pop a finished one out onto a piece of toast. I haven’t done that in eons. Do people still poach eggs or is that a lost method?
