ROFL. I can just see the permit board… BTW it’s a felony to possess law enforcement strength pepper spray. Civilian strength? 10% of the real deal. So the only permit I can get is ccw gun if that. But if I use effective pepper spray its jail for me. sheesh.

Laws don’t always make sense on their face. Sometimes it really is simply about drawing a line between what the cops get and what you get.
