As to this arrest, good grief, the guy not only failed each of those tests, he failed obviously and seriously, and obviously had trouble following the cop’s very simple instructions.
Probably lucky he did get stopped, so he and the young girl/woman would get home alive.

He deserves whatever happens to him.
