Drives me buggy. When they talk about ‘Real America’, and ‘Real Americans’, what they mean is white people. White people, and a limited smattering of Others, but only The Good Ones, you know the ones they tell you that agree with them about racial issues, and who tell them, “No, you’re not racist!”

It’s all real America. I was ready to be fair to Palin in 2008 and then she went to a Republican part of Virginia talking about how glad she was to be in the “Real Virginia.” Really pissed me off. I’m just as much as a Virginian as the people downstate and in more rural areas. Likewise though, it impressed me when Biden did the total opposite of that.
