The state assembly chairmen said Cuomo lost the confidence of state democrats and they would be expediting the already ongoing impeachment probe. We’ll see what that translates to in reality, but I think the writing may be on the wall for Cuomo.

Maybe wishful thinking, but I think (and hope) you’re right here.The main difference between Cuomo’s current problems and Trump’s (any Republican’s, really) is that Democrats seem way less minded to cover up/excuse bad behavior in their elected officials. Frex, I can’t imagine an entire state GOP delegation calling for a GOP Governor to resign over sexual-harassment allegations- they’d be more likely to vote him a commendation….🤮
