So Trayvon had no right to defend himself from a strange person who was following him at night? Is that what you are saying? Trayvon got himself killed. I wonder if you would say that to his mother.
Sure if he was attacked he has every right to defend himself. Following is not an attack. All I am saying is we don’t KNOW what happened. At one point in the phone call Zimmerman lost him. Did he find him again? Did Trayvon re-engage? I don’t know, and without knowing how can you make that determination.
SYG aside, I don’t believe you can defend yourself until you have actually been attacked. Not a fan of preemptive strikes. Again, I don’t know that’s what happened, but people seem to be saying even if Trayvon did hit first it was justified because he was being followed and I just don’t agree with that.
