I think Hillary Clinton’s best and final offer to Congressional Republicans will be “nothing”.

IMO she can, and will, effectively use the bully pulpit of the presidency to hammer Congressional Republicans for their obstruction and malfeasance, especially if the GOP retains its House majority.

She opened a door to a way out for them last night, so It’ll be interesting to see what she (and they) choose to do.
