Oh what a parthetic scumbag. I know it won’t ever happen but it would be awesome if there was a way to remove Gorsuch. Unfortunately, we can’t and invalidating the rulings he’s put over the top would set a dangerous precedent as the stunt McConnell pulled to get him in teh first place.

if there’s any satisfaction to this it’s that mitch will not be treated kindly by history.
he will not be remembered as a statesman or a savvy negotiator or for any signature legislation

and he did it by breaking precedent, a long and historied “gentleman’s agreement” and then played a parlimentary trick
