i’m curious to know what kind of shift to sharia “family” law is going on in moslem enclaves in this country. like detroit and minneapolis (i think that’s where the somalis are). it would most likely start in the home. w/ forced marriages, polygamy, restricting women generally.
is anyone studying this? ?

It would / could be restricted to local communities. The story sounds like “agents” are working in the legal system to sneak Sharia onto the books.

The first is possible, even probable to some extent in some communities. The second is not likely.
