The Israelis might actually choose to fly around the Arabian peninsula to remain in international airspace the entire way. One wonders whether they could stage refuelling tankers in places along the way - Kenya, perhaps - from which they could join the route of the attack aircraft at the appropriate times without having to haul fuel all the way from Israel.

As for the American radar at Dimona, that would be a big risk for Obama. If doing so meant Iranian missiles striking Israel without being intercepted, that would look a lot like Obama directly helping Iran to attack Israel. Not very good domestic politics, that.

Nor would it be very good international politics.
However - lets not fool ourselves here - the World would bewail the fate of the Jews, once they’re dead, but won’t be doing anything at all to keep Israel alive.
Remember, dead Jews are worthy of being bewailed, live Jews … aww, why don’t they just stop disturbing everybody …
