Well congrats. I’m trying to figure a way out to get back to France in Feb. But with my recent salary cut, lack of IT jobs compared to IT workers needing jobs, and a few other expenses that need to come first, I’ll be jacked to sit down and watch the Travel Channel next year.

I’ve been all over West/East Europe, never far east.

On another note, a young adults theatre program in Ohio is doing a production of my script “1984” in November. I got a email from the director, who was so thrilled. She has had this girl in high school who has always seemed to be the “last girl out” when she would audition for shows.

Well, this time, she “stole” the audition and the director was so happy to be able to finally cast her in a role, the female lead, Julia.

She said the high school junior is kicking ass.

The script calls for only 13 roles, but the director asked me if she could build in a lot more “thought police,” Telescreen voices and misc. “citizens” so she could include more of the students that were interested in performing in the show.

She has 30 in the cast, oh my goodness.

They asked me if I wanted to come out to the production, but they don’t have the budget to put me up, and I’m certainly not up to it right now.

I’ll get a DVD after they are done, I’m looking forward to it.
