How does one check their own blood pressure? I know it can’t be good. I drink and I smoke and I don’t exercise. I still eat in a relatively healthy fashion, but that’s only one leg of that chair.

Go to your local CVS and buy an Omron blood pressure monitor…… I think I picked mine up for under $40. 4 double A batteries…… very accurate. You should do it.
