Here is a real GOP outrage.

Senator Al Franken introduced an amendment to a bill that would prohibit the pentagon from contracting with companies that had contracts that would prevent suit if an employee was raped.

The case came up about a woman who was gang raped and locked in a crate. When she returned to America (the crime happened in Iraq) she was informed that her contract prevent her from suing.

Now this bill would seem to be a complete slam dunk. How could anyone be opposed to it?

Well 30 Republicans were.

John Stewart did it up properly. Gotta keep those women in their place and all… I am completely disgusted.
