Question for the lizard collective. Biden/Harris win. Trump stop being president at noon on Jan 20, 2021. What happens to his cabinet? More specifically, does Barr stop being Attorney General at the same time? Frankly, I’m more afraid of Barr post election than Trump.

Biden takes the oath and fires them. Career types serve as acting until Biden appointees are confirmed. Same as happened in 2017 and 2009, respectively.
