“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion”

We really, really, really have to pound this FIRST LINE into people’s head. It’s not just about the second part about freedom of religion. It’s about the FIRST part as well. Somehow, they are unable to read this concept in plain English, or any other language that I know of so far.
