This is how the media has reported on Hillary Clinton since 1993 - and probably before that - but I don’t recall.

Definitely since early 1992. I don’t think the national media was on her trail before then but the Arkansas papers absolutely were. Bill got defeated in his first re-election campaign, and once consequence was that Hillary Rodham added his last name. I think the dots to be connected are pretty obvious there.
