My wife was telling me a story that seems to indicate Smollett is missing some critical thinking skill trigger, and frankly it’s weird. A couple of years ago, he was stopped by a cop for something, and his first thought was to claim that he was his brother.

Maybe he just assumed his accomplices wouldn’t be identified much less captured or interrogated, and that he’d get some publicity for himself? Just strange. And full of harmful ramifications for real victims, past, present, and future.
