Well, it’s 5:25 am here, I haven’t slept since 6:00 am yesterday, my temp keeps bouncing around between 37 and 40.5 C, restless leg syndrome is driving me nuts, I have a dumb headache that won’t go away, I’m almost throwing up every half-hour or so and my stomach is causing me pain, especially when I take Tylenol.

Aside from that I’m great. How are you folks doing?
