The study identifies bacon and processed meats as raising risks. Okay. Not all pork is treated as a processed meat.

The study reflects some common sense.

Portion control. Regularly consuming large portions of certain kinds of foods raise risks of disease. (DUH!)

How best to reduce your risks? Consume smaller portions, or limit intake. It doesn’t say that you can’t eat bacon or grilled ribeye steaks, but if you have ‘em - do so in moderation.

Toxicity is in the dose as they say.
