Anyone else going all-in on dinner? Gonna sear up a couple of rare steaks. I had made hollandaise from scratch and it went pretty well. So tonight making bearnaise sauce from scratch. Fresh tarragon, shallots the works.

Today is my birthday. Mrs. Fish ran out and grabbed barbecue from a local chain restaurant I really like. She brought home enough food that we four ate lunch, dinner, and there’s still a pile of food in there to eat tomorrow.
