They are assuming logical thought here.

These are people that think either there’s a tracking chip in it (asinine), or it will make them magnetic (even more asinine), or it’s re-writing their DNA (it never enters the cell nucleus so also asinine), or it’s experimental (It’s not: type of vaccine under development since 2005 or so, and these particular ones tested on tens of thousands of people) and they don’t want to be “guinea pigs”.

Asking “how is this worse than the meds or the infection?” is way too reasonable for this conversation.
