All I am saying is this has the potential of derailing O’s plan of closing Gitmo. The legal wrangling that could happen is explosive, and time consuming.

I’m not sure there would be any legal wrangling. It would probably just be a court-martial for the judge, or if he’s lucky, a simple dismissal.

There could be political wrangling, though, that would be interesting.
