I so want to go up there and play on some arrogant sommelier. I mean let him think me some rube and then just blind taste something right down to it’s year and area. Then ask whats good. Then call for the pairing. Not to be a jerk, but to get past the BS. If the guy is cool we can get detailed off the top. I have favorite appellation is Napa. Dragon_Lady & I have this thing for Carneros. St Helena not so much.
