Has Mr. Barton ever tried to convince a heterosexual sixteen-year-old boy that being gay is a viable alternative for him?

Having observed many a heterosexual sixteen-year-old boy, as they attempt to pretend that they actually give a damn about anything except pizza and boobs, I have my doubts as to how it would work out.
