Not just his experience as Biden’s VP but his Senate career too. Four of the six elections he ran in were also presidential election years- 1972, 1984, 1996, and 2008. I don’t think anyone will compare Biden to Obama as a speaker ever but he speaks language that we can all understand and I think that is Biden’s underrated strength as a speaker and campaigner. Delaware may be among our smallest states but it’s actually pretty diverse compared to other small states.
