The Dems seem to see the Repubs and enemies. Anyway, I am pretty sure Bin Laden and Dinner J, are simply objects of an overseas contingency operation.

The Dems aren’t encouraging people to scream at town halls or to show up with guns or announcing that the GOP want’s to kill your granny. What is this about contingencies though? What do you mean by that? I really don’t understand.
