I’ve seen some rumblings that PA’s existing “Religious Freedom” law (Which I think was cover for home-schooling) can arguably be extended by a business as a defense for discrimination. And I think there are already lawsuits challenging it in any case.

And I suspect one of the last things Gov. Corbett wants to see is an ALEC-clone of the Arizona bill come out of Harrisburg for him to sign or veto.

Eh, he wants to sign one. He, like every other GOP governor, just wants something that’s more subtle and judicial-reivew proof.
