And they have been doing this since the 1970s at least. Why Democrats haven’t taken this seriously I have no idea. And now it’s going to be a mammoth task to undo those decades of damage. We have made some progress, but school boards, mayors, local and state level offices need more democrats and better voter turnout. Especially in off election years. In a red state this is both difficult and even scary.
