I’m not a neo-con. I’m a conservative republican in the mold of Goldwater and Lincoln. Lincoln, who understood the public contract must remain intact if it is to have any meaning. Men of constrained visions. These people are not constrained, they are not republicans, and they are not conservatives. They are unconstrained radicals who want to break our public contract- the Constitution- in order to form their utopian vision of what they think this country used to be, but their utopia is a fantasy neither based on history or reality.
