Surely someone has posted this…I hope so. Sgt. John Beale was killed in Afghanistan….this is his funeral procession from July,11….

I don’t get much of chance to thank service members, Ft. Lewis is a bit far south, Everett Naval Station is a bit North, and Bremerton is across the Sound, so we don’t see too many in my neck of the woods.

I was picking up lunch when four uniformed soldiers walked in. I finally got the opportunity to shake their hands and say thank you, and to buy ‘em lunch.

It made my week!
