Yep…a 5lb bag of it…going to start with about 2 cups and see how far that takes me, then make more if I need it. Got three bags of corn husks to work with and some pepper jack cheese to add to some of the tamales.

Be sure to shake out the corn husks. Sometimes they have little dried up bugs in them.
