There ya’ go. Not only stagnant but in many cases such as years they’ve gone into reverse. The latest trend is not only lower wages but a great deal of “internship” scams. People are actually working for free and literally “volunteering” for profitable organizations.

Unemployed people will accept internships and volunteer positions just in order not to have a blank space on their resume.
