O’Donnell had a segment tonight about Mitt trying to hang Atheism around Obama’s neck. I doubt it’s going to work.

I actually feel uncomfortable with hitting Mitt with Mormonism. And in this specific case…while CoLDS might not always be my cup of tea, they actually did address the racism in the Book of Mormon in an open fashion.

Mormonism, I suspect, will be a larger millstone with the Religious Right than with liberals of assorted creeds and ideologies.

I however think it’s gutless and deceitful to fear-monger about secularism. Mitt never had my vote, but his statement today made me lose even more respect for him. He’ll really say anything.
