Wingnuts have found some quotes or other that Obama & Hillary made like about 10 or 20 years ago against gay marriage, and they wave it around as though no one can ever change their mind about anything, ever.

The same wingnuts who rely on “Party of Lincoln™” to absolve the GOP of all of its current issues with racism, xenophobia, misogyny, and treatment of minorities generally. Lincoln freeing the slaves doesn’t absolve the GOP for trying to gut the CRA, VRA, and standing against equal rights and protections for minorities time and time again. That’s what the modern GOP stands for.
