I was rail-thin in high school — same height, but around 140 pounds. Post-college, I’m just a padded rail. I’ve been working to put on muscle, but that’s a slow process.
I think the last time I was 140, I was probably about six inches shorter than I am now. But yeah putting on muscle is tough for me at least in my upper body. I’ve gotten really strong in my lower body. I am never going to be a fast runner but I got good walking endurance.
