They’ve pushed transfat reduction/elimination (even though at one time they proffered transfats as a health alternative to other fats). The salt thing is new.

Somehow, I don’t think Bloomberg is concerned about salt content when he orders his steaks and chops at the fine steakhouses around the City, where salt is used to help tenderize the meats…
