Can Cohen refuse to settle and demand to carry the suit out, discovery included?

One thing I am considering is who Cohen is and what he was as a lawyer.

I’m thinking we have a lawyer that was hired as a bully and was pretty good at it and that is why Trump kept him around.

He hasn’t changed character, just now he is a pissed off bully lawyer that has decided he is going to go after his former client in the same nasty bully lawyer way.

Cohen may just become Donny’s biggest nightmare in more ways than Trump expected.

Michael Cohen is looking for paybacks alright. Money owned is not what he wants. He may want Trump’s head.

If Trump cuts him a check for the full amount Cohen’s asking for, then there is nothing left to litigate. You can’t go on fishing expeditions against people you don’t have a claim against.
