He wanted to know names of witnesses as well who testified to the Grand Jury. The indictment says he threatened to veto legislation that would have cut funding to the public integrity office of the Travis County DA unless the DA resigned, thereby making it an official “threat” from the State to a County official.

Basically, he wants to know who ratted him out.
