A lot of stories in the last 24 hours about the annual airline customer satisfaction ratings hitting a five year low.

It turns out that massive mergers in the industry have not led to benefits of any kind for the public.

But hey…I am sure that this won’t be the case in the cable/broadband industry when the Comcast/Time Warner merger goes through. I fully expect customer service to REALLY improve there! ///
