Times like these I’d like to be a journalist just so I can ask Sarah or one of the “true believers” to just level with me as to what Republicans propose as an alternative to the ACA. Not talking points, but an actual plan. Show us the numbers that support this idea that there is some way to ensure tens of millions of uninsured Americans can have affordable access without screwing them over in the process.

You assume that they care a whit about the millions of currently uninsured Americans.
