And, um, it appears to be correct. There are 73 within 10 miles of Zip Code 20045 (the center of DC), but none in DC itself.

It has to be a zoning prohibition, as there are plenty of gas stations and car repair shops.

unless car dealerships are somewhere in the constitution i’ve missed, I dont GAF about this moronic argument
