It’s like the old media trickery of selective editing of interview tapes or of taking quotes out of context to make them sound totally different from what was intended. Show the uncropped photo, people see an Israeli Marine who’s in real danger and begin to question the “official” story of the anti-Israel crowd. Show the cropped photo and it looks like the injuries aren’t that severe and the interpretation could simply be that he was hit with something and is dazed.

Perhaps this time the truth was not caught sleeping while the lies where already at the airport.
