That’s what it boils down to, for me. The guy was being juvenile. He thought it was funny. It wasn’t. The accusations are coming out at a terrible time, and he may have to pay for it. It’s not anywhere on the same level as Roy Moore, but that doesn’t mean he is blameless.

Definitely not blameless — but, so far, not criminal either — not even a misdemeanor offense. And not like the graphic pictures others have sent (which, when consensual, is also not illegal).
