There used to be a lot of Christians living in the Arab world particularly in Egypt (Coptic) and of course Lebanon but that number is declining rapidly. As for the West Bank for example Bethlehem used to be 80% Christian but is now almost totally Islamic. Guess which nations Christian population in the Middle East is actually growing?
