the illegals, and others, are actually organized here in LA. you can see teams hop out of a truck and ransack a blocks worth of bins in minutes. it’s illegal, but try getting the cops to show up.

Are they hurting anyone or anything? I’d put up a sign telling them not to do it just to protect myself in case one of them is hurt and let them have the trash…
