Agreed. We have a really fucked up food culture and the FDA has been a large part of the problem by requiring high levels of preservatives and chemicals. I’m not sure the labeling requirements is going to help things much. The average American is unfamiliar with actual healthy food that they wouldn’t recognize it if they saw it.
