It’s my personal opinion but I think Steve Jobs is a really bad example of what makes a good CEO, as are several other people who essentially lucked out with a killer product in the right place at the right time.

The vast majority of businesses do not succeed that way. Because of the worship of people like Steve Jobs, though, they try. With bad consequences.

SO lucky he did it at least two times and probably three times.

I think Jobs is an exception, but it’s more of a question of his getting his technical people in line with what the customer wants, as opposed to the usual schtick of trying to convince the customer to like what your product can do.
