I would love to move to a blue state, but there isn’t any affordable housing anywhere. These assholes act like moving to another state is just some fun weekend activity. Because they are rich and if they did have to move they would just pay someone to pack, move/store things, etc.

I’m convinced that for the vast majority of humans, being wealthy causes a complete lack of compassion and understanding how the world works when you aren’t rich. Which is also why I think rich fucks should be in charge of as little as possible. It’s not the wealth itself that causes this, it’s the privilege and insulation it buys that fucks a lot of things up. The people who freak me out the most are the ones who know what it’s like to struggle and not have much that then find themselves with enough for a few lifetimes and decide the rest of us are just lazy and don’t work hard enough.

I just want to be able to make sure my son and myself don’t end up homeless, how is that being a drain on them?
