48 hour response time anywhere in the world. The first 40 hours are behind the scenes, all nice and quite. The last 8 are just delivery.
Quick response on target anywhere on the peninsula is 7 minutes. At least that was true 10 years ago.

I have no reason to doubt anything you are saying but I just find it kind of hard to believe we can mobilize to attack NK in 48 hrs. There are some very good arguments being made here for attacking, my gut feel still tells me it wouldn’t be wise. LH said it well in #92.
