Justice Stevens said it best when he said the gubment can’t force something on the population and then regulate it. I personally don’t want to be fined for not buying into gubment health care. I’ll tell you what, gimme back my $5000 I spent on health care that I never used when I was in my 20’s. (I am a HSA fan, btw)

The Government forces stuff on us all the time. Many that does not help us and many that I may disagree with. Pooling all of us into a single group for health care is how money is saved. That is a fact. And there is ample evidence supporting that fact. The details on doctor patient decisions should be left to the doctor and patient. Again, this stuff is not a mystery. Our employers should not be in the business of providing health care. And the entities that do provide care should not be in the business of maximizing profit.
